Josh grew up with a lifelong passion for sports and competition, which naturally evolved into a drive for excellence in business. He attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. 

After graduating, Josh joined BDO’s Corporate Finance team, where he spent three years advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises. During this time, he also earned his CFA designation.

Josh joined Argyle in 2025 and is involved in all aspects of deal origination and execution, as well as monitoring and supporting portfolio companies.

Outside of work, you can find Josh in the woods looking for his tee shot, cheering on the Leafs or at the lake with friends and family.
