Morgan attended Wilfrid Laurier University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. He began his career in Ernst & Young's Assurance practice, where he obtained his CPA designation.

After a brief stint in venture capital, Morgan moved into investment banking at TD Securities before joining BMO Capital Partners as a private equity investor.

 Morgan joined Argyle in 2026, where he is involved in all aspects of deal origination and execution, as well as monitoring and reporting on portfolio companies.

 Outside the office, Morgan enjoys golf, trying new restaurants around the city (recommendations always welcome) and getting away up north.
